I purchased a bottle of Tea Tree Oil from them on December 26, 2009 and I did not get a confirmation email or anything from them and as of January 6, 2010, I had not received any product. I called them and they only have email support for order status (this is something new, you used to be able to call them directly.) When I finally got someone on the phone.
