I ordered the products just to try and went to cancel well within my trial period only to discover they had already charged me. . NO contact information was sent with the product and I never received an email with ANY contact information. I had to track down contact on my own (thanks Vmad). Then when I contacted, they willingly took back the unopened product and charged me a 15% restocking fee...What a joke. This is a total scam to get you to try it and then at least get 10-15 dollars from every person who does.. I feel fortunate that I am getting back what I am.
