We have been with Citizens Auto Finance for several years within the last several months we have been getting "courtesy" phone calls not so much courtesy they are very rude demanding their money. Okay find if the payment is late but I have never been late with a payment since we have been with them. When I called the company itself they stated this is a new department and they have had alot of complaints against them.
