My employer and his wife currently have thier mortgage with this company, and have been trying to work out payments. The company calls and his harassing them and is extremely rude. We have been trying to get an extension number to reach the negotiator and discuss options with him but after jumping through hopes being left on hold until the phone went dead and having to do it all over again was told they didn't have his extention nor did they have an e-mail address.
