I hate this insurance. They sold it to us with our Jeep. Our Transmission gave out and we had to pay almost 900 out of pocket. We have been waiting over 8 months and still no payment. I had been calling and leaving voice mails numerous times throughout those months. NO RETURN CALL. Once i was on hold for customer service and when finally some one answered it turned out to be another customer. He thought i was an employee and started giving me his account number and name.
