I have been dealing with this co. since 11/26/08.To date I still have not received my REFUNDS back.I have called numerous times & seem to always get a run around. now, saying they haven't received the product back that I returned.What a crock. 12/08/08 was the day a supervisor gave me my much needed RMA#...still no refund.It's now 1/27/09 and they're now telling me to give them a tracking # for the return package..WHAT... its one more excuse to not refund my $$59.95, plus shipping, and another $39.95(this doesn't... read full review »

I have been trying since 11/26/08 to receive my refund of $59.95. Every time I call, they give me more reasons why I haven't received it.Now, they are telling me, when you return the products you need to have the tracking number.They said I haven't sent the product back and they don't show record of the transaction.Then the girl hung up on me!!Can you believe that!!Not only did they charge me without my approval, but they are rude in answering my questions.When I called back, they offered me a $20 courtisy card on my acct.I told... read full review »
