My family and I stayed at the downtown/lakefront Chicago Embassy and didn't have issues until we checked out of the hotel. A pair of $90 shoes were accidently left in the hotel room. We called that same day and were told they had not been turned in yet. Was asked to call the next day and did so and still nothing. It has been over 2 weeks dealing with the hotel and just received a call today from the "Director" of Security and he basically said I was out of luck that the shoes couldn't be located and that housekeeping... read full review »
