Chris the bartender is a thief. I watched him three times take the cash I gave him for drinks and put it in his tip bucket without ringing anything up. I called to talk to a manager the following day, and Chris told me he was the manager. He's also very rude. Apparently Caspers doesnt train peoplle in customer service. read full review »
