He was dispatched to service my Whirlpool icemaker on 11/24/09. He came out, looked at it and said "Yeah, it's broken. You need a replacement. I usually have extras in my truck, but I used the last one this morning. I'll have to come back". He didn't say when, but we assumed he had them at his shop and he would be back the next week.
