I noticed a charge of 13 cents charged to my debit card by a Bartecla.NY company. I didn't recognize the company name and certainly the small amount seemed strange. I googled Bartecla and it led my to the complaintsboard website where I find other similar complaints. This is obviously a scam. read full review »
