Got a car loan through them...they charged us 4000.00 a year for insurance that we already had. We pointed this out to them and they took off the charges, then charged us again the next year! Never received a statement from them ever! Checking our credit report we realized that our loan should have been paid off 6 months prior. We contacted them and miraculously we went from a 5000.00 balance to paid off.
