Folks, you must avoid their service. It has been two months since my documents were received there for evaluation and after hours on the phone (they do not respond on e-mails, have no walk-in service or do not allow you to speak with somebody who takes care of your case)finaly I got a response- TWO months later:" Your documents are sent back for verification."
