First, the website is under construction so you cannot conduct any business online on the Straight Talk website. I simply needed to update information regarding my "Auto Refill." When I called customer service, I was put on hold for 30 minutes. I hung up. Three days later, I've called again, and did get a customer service representative within one minute. Evidently the company wasn't prepared very well for the influx of business--hopefully this will change. read full review »
