I purchased a mower on June 29, 2008. I had to take it in to repair in Oct 2009 as the self-propelled mechanism broke. The motor had also been stalling out all summer. I bought a snow thrower in Nov 2008. It went in for repair during the first snow fall Dec 2009. I was left to shovel 12", 4", and another 9" before I complained to anyone who would listen.
