Sold me credit card services over the phone for $999.00. Promised me reduced rates and payment plans. Sounded good. AS soon as they got my credit card # they hurriedly said none of this is guaranteed and hung up. Before I could call back Visa called and said I was being scammed. I said Do not bill me ! they said to late. I called moneyworks back and they said there was no refund policy.
