My wife, who doesn't speak spanish very well, entered a 'contest' on a Latino radio station. They said if you name a town that does not contain the letter "a" from Puerto Rico you 'win' a vacation for 4 people to the Puerto Rico. She called, named the town and the station said she 'won'. Later what supposed to be the radio station called and said she had 'won'. They took some general information and a credit card that supposively was not going to be charged.
