I downloaded a software programme for $12.99 US in March 2008 and charged it to my Amex credit card. I have been charged this amount plus a currency conversion charge ever since. I wish to stop this IMMEDIATELY> I did not authorise this nor was it made clear that this was an ongoing charge and I don't even have or use the software anymore. I wish to have all my money back .
