Sears is the worlds stupidest company! No wonder products cost so much! I owed a Kenmore Calypso washer which I bought new in 03. It has a repair history as long as my arm. I bought an extended warranty (thank goodness) because it was recently deemed unrepairable after four services calls and being without a washer for almost a month. I received my new replacement which I picked out myself and it is working wonderfully.
