Once PNC merged with NCM they are now unable to track the money they collect from the customers and they are illegally overcharging late fees. Twice now, six month apart, I have been charged a late fee for my monthly payment on the first of the month, I have a 15 day grace. When I contacted PNC and asked why I was assessed a late fee and where is the money now since it should not have been charged, PNC refuses to answer I do not have an escrow so I asked PNC that they did with the money they refuse to answer.
