I purchased a dual reclining leather sofa in June, 2008, that took three months for the company to deliver to me. The sofa has two visible factory defects for which I sent letters and pictures on the following dates: 09/05/2008, 09/18/2008, 09/19/2008, 09/20/2008, 09/22/2008. The company refused to do anything about it. I would like to have the defective sofa replaced with one without any defects. read full review »
