Hi i bought a phone from Phones 4U as i recieved a text from then informing me that i had to visit the shop for an upgrade. I had deleted this message unfortunatly and when i got to the shop they denied sending me this message. They were very helpful in showing me how they would pay off my old contract and take out another one. I told the seller that i wanted nothing longer than an 18 month contract. However he paid no attention and gave me a 24 month contract without informing me. He was very pushy in making me take out the longer... read full review »
