We got a loan modification that we were having no trouble paying. They sent us a letter stating we were renting the place out and the loan modification was null and void. The subdivision we live in has a postal area as they do not want just anybody driving around so our mailing address and physical address is not the same. When they came around with a certified letter we had to show ID and sign for the letter so they know we live there. Now they are starting foreclosure against us and they will not answer any questions or try to work with us so we can keep our house.
