I agree. I too was scammed. I cancelled my account as soon as I received the initial trial offer but clearly the person on the phone didn't cancel my account. So I was charged $38.90 without my authorization. I sent the package back unopened through UPS and it is 3 months later and I still haven't been refunded. Now when you call the 1-888-217-2233 number you just get directed to leave a message. yeah, they're really going to call back! I left 3 messages and still haven't received a call back. I am trying to file a complaint through my bank. Total scam!! read full review »
