Unfortunately, I didn't read all these complaints about Video Professor before I ordered their product. I am yet another victim of their fraud. I ordered the product online, called them 2 weeks later because the product had not arrived and told them that I wanted to cancel the order. They gave me a return authorization for the product when it does eventually show up. The product never showed up. They billed me anyway. I called again and they said it would take 21 to 30 business days to get the refund back to me. Product still not showed... read full review »
