This co. billed me 2 times. They shipped 2 pkgs. to me without me even ordering it. I have 8 v.m.'s on the 1-888 # but no one is returing my call nor has this charge of $79, $79 been credited back to my c.c.. I did get a hold of someone live well over 2 mos. ago and they told me that their comp. had a glitch and that is why the shipments went out, said to RTS and I did, but dummy me, I forgot to get a RMA #. I am going to contact my cc co. now and ask them to investigate this for me. I have no other choice now. sjkruse read full review »
