I bought an elliptical from Nordic Track with a 3 year warrenty. After about 1 year, it started fall apart - literally! My wheels started shattering and the ellitical started running poorly. I called UTS for a tech and one came out and he fixed the wheels however completely tore the back end of the elliptical apart. He said he need to order a bunch of new parts and just left the machine's parts all over our floor.
