My brother-in-law has a loan on his house from Flagstar (his English isn't perfect so I'm doing the Complaint). Flagstar Paid out 3 payments on properties that had nothing at all to do with the house or the loan from our Escrow account. We submitted proof of the mistake and they said that it would be taken care of in 2 weeks. It has now been over a month- and their latest response was that they would credit the funds back to the escrow account once they got refunded by the County.
