I recently had a very bad experience at this store. I have been a loyal Big O customer for years, and have gone to this particular location many times. This last time, however, when I went in to have a flat tire replaced (they have a great warranty, and replaced the tire for free), they "found" another problem with my car: apparently the CV boots on the front left and right axles were leaking. They showed me, and sure enough, there was grease coming out. Their estimate for the repair was $440. I told them I didn't want it fixed... read full review »
