I received a sample kit of their product Jan 12th. I do not agree to their terms and want to return the unused product. To do this I need an R M A number. I have spent 40 minutes waiting to speak to a service representative who asked for my zip code. When I said I was in Canada and started to give it to her she hung up on me.Asecond long distance call from me was useless as the long waiting period was about to start again and I do not have the time to waste on this matter which I want to resolve.Thank you for any help you can offer.
