The Car was initially negotiated for $5900.00 with a down payment of $1000.00 @ $300.00 27 monthly payment. Also included was an unnecessary mantatory warranty for an 11 year old car bringing the total to $10, 900.00. AT PICK UP TIME, HE REQUESTED ADDITIONAL $500.00 down payment and monthly payment of $348.00 with 23% interest on the Loan. This is complete deceptive trade practice compounded with predatory lending scheme.
