Ordered red wagon item for child (Christmas) on 12/5/2009, began to check on it on 12/13/2009 as shipping status continued to say "will ship within 24hours". Attempted to call Kids Ink twice, no one answered phone. Filed a paypal claim to recoup the payment (see below) and Kids Ink shipped the item the afternoon of 12/17/2009. I wound up buying (2) red wagon items as Kids Ink shipped after I had cancelled the order by email and ordered from another vendor.
