I ordered a pair of UGG boots at this "outlet". After I ordered I had a 6th sense that the transition was just not right. I was informed that the boots were being shipped from snowboots store1. There was no charge for shipping. Great, but there was no mention of which company would be shipping. I emailed and got a response in broken English with poor grammar and punctuation. I wrote them back and was given a tracking number. It took approx 3 weeks to receive the order and came from China. There was no phone number to contact only email... read full review »
