i have connstantly been trying to cancel my free trial with opt2excel and have been having difficulties receiving a response, no-one replies to your e-mails and whenever you ring you get hello corprate office please hold, get put on hold for what seems like ages before you are told someone will call you back. it's a nightmare and seems a scam to me.
