I need assistance in getting loan payments lowered until the economy picks up. I have a small business loan, my business is a over a year old, however the economy hit us very hard and we were not able to keep up with the payments. We need to get the payments to a manageable amount so we can pay. The bank is threatening to sell our assets, which would close our business, we need to know if we have any options.
