A person who was covered by permanent general hit my vehicle while it was parked out in front of my house. The insurance Co totaled the vehicle and sent me the paper work and had me send them the title. within three days they picked up the vehicle and took the rental without paying me. I have called for two weeks now and they will not return my calls. This is very bad way to conduct business. Guess lawyers will have to get involved, and they say unwarranted law suits are the blame for high insurance cost. If they would just do the right thing I think a lot of these issues could be avoided. read full review »
