According to website all UGG BOOTS are made in Australia but it is made in china. I purchased an ugg boots and took it to an Ugg store. Unfortunately the boots are fake. I contacted the website for refund an they wrote... Hi, refund is too much trouble .You need send it back and need afford the return shipping cost, maybe it is more expensive than the boots price .It is no worth to do that .It also will take you a long time to send it back since the heavily snow .Could we advise you sale it to other person ?Thanks .
