A charge showed on my bank statement and I called the number on the bank statement with the name of the Payee...the customer service representive was very nice when I told him that I had no knowledge that a membership fee was to be charged for this club. He said that he would be happy to cancel the membership but I would need to go their website to fill out the refund forms to request a refund. I did.
