This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. I received my 1st bill late and they billed me?!!! I paid the late fee so as not to be sent to collections ($10 was not going to break the bank and not worth fighting over). Then the next month they claimed I STILL had not paid the late fee and then tacked on another $10!!! My neighbor has also complained about his outragous rising bill and I'm just waiting for mine.
