They advertise products they do not have in stock, promise ship dates they never meet, slowly credit partial refunds. I just wanted to say after waiting as long as I did calling, emailing etc. I gave up and purchased elsewhere. You can keep your 10% discount code for the inconvenience I will never order from you again. In fact keep an eye out for the negative comments on line.
