I went for a free fitness session to try the place out and was subjected to high pressure sales tactics (as in, "what am I going to sign you up for today"). My daughter and I went in a day or so later just to work out on the machines but were approached and offered a free training session which we took. I liked that trainer, I did not like the trainer who pressured me into signing a contract, so I canceled a session with the first trainer.
