I have been getting my checks garnished weekly. I entered into a program with GRC to repair my student loan default . I pay $50.00 extra monthly to GRC to be eligible to have my loan bought by a lender, I have paid this for seven months. I have struggled to the point my home is in forclosure. I contacted GRC after receiving another nasty collection letter. they told me that I missed my December payment and am no longer eligible for their program.
