My wife ordered a free sample from an ad on Facebook for an Electronic Cigarette Starter Kit for 9.95. Thirteen days later her bank account was billed for 99.10 presumably for a small pack of 15 refills that was sent to us but was not ordered or authorized by her. We've been down this road before. I immediately had here bankcard invalidated and a new card with a new number issued so these thieves can not steal anymore money.
