They sent us a product that had NO zipper handle. The product was therefore defective. In order for them to replace it, they wanted us to pat shipping to return the defective item they shipped us and had to have a new one sent out plus shipping. Ridiculous. Where is customer service these days. I should not have to pay for their mistake. read full review »
