FRAUD, this how can I call it. I was waiting for a sofa since october 2008 from cymax, then a month after I have the delevery but my surprise the sofa came in incompleted, missing parts and all dirty, of course I refused and send back to replace for another sofa, and honesty got sick waiting for the new sofa and I cancelled the order, and now this stupid store don't want to reimburse my credit, and kept the whole money, at this point I don't get my sofa or my money back, right now Im dropping a complaint to consumer report, but at this point I don;t what can I do.
