Land Registration Department in Panaji - GOA- (Thursday, January 14, 2010) The Registrar office at Panaji does not function reasonably as should be and does not respect the consumer/ citizen’s time. For the past 6 months they give appointments and ask individuals to come the next week, every week, to collect documents like ‘mutation’ and they delay delivering the documents citing different reasons as : ‘Sir, not in office today’, ‘ too many other application pending’.
