I too placed an order with this company. I requested express shipping in December 2009 which I was supposed to receive in 5-business days. My credit card was charged but I never received the merchandise. I've attempted on numerous occasions to contact the company directly by dialing the alleged number: 888-596-2761. All I get is a recording. No human ever answers. I have reported this incident to my credit card company and hope to have charges reversed.
