I wrote a check for $243 to Enterprise Rental which was declined by Certegy. I asked why and was told Enterprise only receives a declination (code 2 in my case), but no reason why. I asked for a phone number to call Certegy and was told that they didn't have a number. I knew I had money in my account, but I double checked on line when I got home and found that I had plenty of money to cover the check. I ended up using a credit card to return the car. Even though I usually use a credit card for this kind of transaction which means it would have gone through, I will never use Enterprise again. This is not customer service! read full review »
