ATTENTION: Those of you who read this complaint blog and contribute to it! There's no doubt that A T & T has by far THE WORST CELLULAR TELEPHONE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY (this has been proven by Consumer Reports and other survey companies). This USED to be a great cable tv company...no more. For over a YEAR, many people have complained about several TV stations where the digital picture is constantly freezing up for as much as an hour or more, preventing people from watching those stations. The local tv stations has been flooded with complaints in the past year, but Atlantic Broadbank WON"T FIX THE PROBLEM! They don't offer refunds on your bill either for this lack of service. State Farm auto policyholders: YOU ARE GETTING RIPPED OFF! I had a continuously running auto insurance policy with State Farm for THIRTY THREE YEARS. Only two damage claims put in during that run (no injuries, or damage to somebody else's property or person). A couple of years ago, they started raising the rates every six months for the same coverages. I don't know if Walgreens offers polite, courteous service in small towns, but in the big cities (South Florida area), they go out of their NOT to provide any kind of customer service at all. I complained to the main corporate office so many times about the rude, negligent pharmacy service, that finally I pulled ALL OF MY BUSINESS from their pharmacies, and switched to Walmart...that's right, crazy old Walmart, where I'm treated TEN TIMES BETTER than at any Walgreens Pharmacy. This complaint is tied to all the complaints on this board about AMLI (American Medical Life Insurance Co.), which has a history of not paying properly on legitimate claims, or NOT PAYING CLAIMS AT ALL. The Insurance Brokers Network (IBN) is the agency the created the Core Value Medical program, which uses AMLI to underwrite claims submitted by policyholders. IMPORTANT: American Medical Life Ins. Co. (AMLI) located in New York, NY is a fraud. They underwrite "limited liability" health insurance plans under different plan names: "AIM", "CYNERGY", "I CAN", and "CORE VALUE" insurance programs. Bascially, you go to a doctor or hospital which accepts the "Mulitplan PPO", who writes down the claim (you get a discount off the full price).
