Was paid for the design of a delivered web site, has never uploaded site to our host or delivered website on disk after several months of work and payments made through the course of work. Refuses to return phone calls or email inquiry's. Yet now promotes development of website on his company website and acts like he delivered it, counts it as a credit to his personal achievements! read full review »
