On Oct. 22 I contacted First Amerigo looking for a quick loan to open my small business. I paid the $299 registration fee and was told there were no other fees. About a week later I rec'd a "First Amerigo Contract" that states I must pay an additional 9.9% of the amount I am funded. I refused to sign and asked for the $299 to be refunded.
